FCMA's New Member Orientation is not only limited to new companies. FCMA offers this orientation to employees of current member companies who you want to be active in the association. New Member Orientation is for FCMA members only.

Building strong relationships between FCMA members through the growth and development of young professionals.

Join the FCMA Young Professionals Group! This is a FCMA members only group.

It is the perfect opportunity to interact with your peers and connect with other young professionals, aged 21 to 40, in FCMA.

Manufacturing Skills Gap Training Update

Thursday, June 13, 7:30 AM - Registration; 8:00 - 9:30 AM - Presentation

Make sure your voice is heard by attending this important workshop. This facilitated discussion is targeted to hear manufacturers' voice in partnership with state colleges. How can we improve the relationship? What's working? What challenges or barriers need to be addressed? How do manufacturers ensure that colleges produce work-ready graduates?

This workshop will provide FCMA members the opportunity to participate in processes of identifying skill gaps, relevant curriculum updates, expanding the exposure of manufacturing across the commercial sector, and increase manufacturing interests with respect to state legislative priorities.
